Universal Database Tool “DBeaver 7.1.2” Released
July 5, development team of SQL client DBeaver released the latest stable version “DBeaver 7.1.2”.
DBeaver is a database client that supports popular databases such as PostgreSQL, SQLite, MySQL, Apache Hive, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2. Based on Eclipse platform, it includes features like metadata editor, SQL editor, and rich data editor. It runs on Linux, macOS, and Windows.
DBeaver 7.1.2 is the latest point release of the 7.1 series released at the end of May. Eclipse has been updated to the latest version 4.16 (2020-06). It includes enhancements on data viewer, SQL editor, navigator, and other functions. The data viewer can now refresh the entire row after cell value update. It adds support for horizontal scroll with mouse wheel, and data can be exported in source code format. The bug found in the generate SQL context menu has been fixed. SQL editor now shows query information in the result tab tooltip, and Query parser has been fixed. In regards to the navigator, main menu file items have been reordered, and “Create object” icons have been fixed.
It includes different sets of fixes and enhancements for PostgreSQL, Oracle, Exasol, Redshift, and other databases.
